Meredith Shottes
Chief Experience Officer – Executive LeadershipMeredith leads MTA’s Global Experiences department and oversees the corporate and life sciences teams. During her years at MTA she’s delivered one-of-a-kind global experiences for hundreds of MTA customers.
Charged with creating strategy, designing processes and setting goals for client experiences, Meredith embraces a process-driven, detail-oriented approach to client engagement and event execution, and proactively collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver a flawless experience on time and on budget.
Meredith’s strengths are execution and relationship building. A deliberative leader who’s compassionate and empathetic, her patience, individualization and responsibility shape her ability to successfully execute a personalized experience for every MTA client.
Meredith earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Ithaca College. A Massachusetts native, she currently resides in Brooklyn with her two daughters.
